TERMS 

PAYMENTS:

For private clients booking on-line: deposit payments to be received by secure on-line payment facility at least 24 hours in advance of the tour date. All balance payments are to be paid in cash on the day of the tour in Euros (€).

Deposits can also be paid by bank transfer is preferred. Repeat clients have the choice to be invoiced at the end of the month and offered a 15 day payment window.

DEPOSIT:

All deposits are non-refundable, and go toward the overall cost of the tour.

PRIVATE TOURS:

€75 per hour for groups of 1 -20 people and €150 per hour for groups of 21-50 people. 

MINIMUM BOOKING:

2 hours with a €40 deposit is required to be paid 24 hours prior to the tour and the amount is deducted from the overall cost of the tour.

COSTS:

Costs relating to transportation, food, drinks and entrance fees must be paid for by the customer, in advance or at point of sale, unless expressly included in the tour package.

 

CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY:

A tour is considered confirmed only once a date and time has been agreed and the deposit or payment has been paid. A provisional date can only be held once a deposit is made. Please ensure deposits/payments are paid as soon as possible to secure the booking. On receiving the deposit/payment a confirmation email will be sent.   

RE-SCHEDULING:

Your tour date may be re-scheduled, if a guide is available, to a new date using your original deposit as long as a minimum 48 hours notice is given. If 48 hours notice is not given the deposit becomes non-refundable. In circumstances of cancelled flights, the tour can be re-scheduled, if a guide is available.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

If you book a Tour and you do not show up at the agreed meeting point within a reasonable amount of time*, your tour will be regarded as cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. When booking a Private Tour, if your guests do not show up at the agreed meeting point within a reasonable amount of time*, your tour will be regarded as cancelled and 100% of the tour cost will be payable.

 

* The guide reserves the right to deduct waiting times from the tour time. If the tour group is not at the agreed meeting location 30 minutes after the agreed start time the tour, the tour is considered cancelled. If you experience difficulties in arriving at the meeting point on time please call FRANKFURT LET'S GO at +49 1520 85477303 and we will seek to accommodate any changes as best we can.
